This is my favorite Chocolate Cake icing recipe. I use it the most on my Wacky Cake recipe.
2 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter, softened
2-3 Tbl milk (more or less)
Cream this all together until smooth, adding more milk or powdered sugar to get the desired consistency.
